Business center "Topolica" in Bar is the result of  development of the winning proposal of the public competition.

The spatial structure is a result of comprehending and pointing out process to which social relations were subjected to. The cross point of pedestrian pathways within the building upgrades and forms character of the place while simple and compact form builds the space while respecting its basic geometry.

The building has, by its conceptual and visual constitution, become one of the focal points of the City of Bar.

Total floor area is 7,500 sqm.
