Framework of the building's spatial organization is a plateau on the ground floor, organized as access square. This is an open, covered space of summer classroom, where you can place a regular education, as well as competitions in oratory, and similar themed activities. Ground floor, in this way, becomes a target area where the life never stops during the day. View that Square provides gives it the position of a very attractive point in the city and its surroundings. The building has an open plan design.

Dictated by the needs of use, the content distribution can be changed over time. Partitions within the building are movable, except those of sanitary facilities. Space is completely variable.
