Required efficiency and optimization suggest simplicity. The basic configuration is supported by unique roof plane, as a reference field. This basic geometry defines primary volume, similar to box, withe other elements of function and spacial composition within.

Primary defined shape is deformed by the environmental and  programmatic impact of:

- two-space organization contains swimming pools and commercial - catering facilities,
- the space in between becomes a street,
- point to the road becomes square,
- contact zone - porch.

The total area of the complex is 10 800 sq.m.
