The "Simina kuća" is part of a wider complex of the Orthodox Seminary in Prizren and represents its oldest element. Built in 1872 it was reconstructed and adapted for various uses several times throughout history. It was used for accommodation as well as for educational purposes. It was demolished in March riots in 2004 and only parts of masonry walls remained standing. Restoration design follows genuine spatial structure; ground floor contains classrooms and an office, first floor rector`s and vicar`s office, secretariat and teachers` room. Subterrainan floor consists of rest rooms, boiler space and storage area. Attic is reserved for guest rooms that are organized within unchanged volume of the roof due to the heritage protection principles.

The building of Bishop`s manor is located in the yard of St George`s Church within the old town of Prizren. It was built on the foundations of the previous building of The Old Russian Consulate and it expresses its original volume and shape. It faces the yard from three sides with southern one facing the street. The main entrance is located on southern side of the building.
The restoration design follows original spatial structure, volume and shape. The ground and the first floor are organized in two main zones; the one on the west side is reserved for public spaces while the eastern one houses spaces for manor officials and Bishop itself. The two described zones are connected by representative entrance hall and have separate staircases. Besides the mentioned, the representative hall on its eastern side contains Bishop`s reception room, study, kitchen and dining room. The shop and the office are located in its western side. Both staircases connect ground floor spaces with the ones located underground. The first floor is separated into two zones as well; public part contains auditorium and the library connected by hall while the official part has rooms for staff and Bishop`s apartment. Auxiliary spaces are located underground. Attic is reserved for guest rooms that are organized within unchanged volume of the roof due to the heritage protection principles.
