Residential, sport and office complex occupies approximately 25 hectares of free space on the city entrance, along the coast of Adriatic sea. Positions of existing stream and olive trees are used for the formation of spatial ambiances, related to historical heritage. Traditional spatial structure is present in buildings as well, based on the principles of the Mediterranean architecture. Groups of buildings are forming a level of primary neibourhood, where each of them has the specific character and connectivity with higher levels of organization. The “field principle“ is here reflected by shifting of free, and built surfaces, which, within a single composition, are forming a new urban environment and a rhythmical layout.
The total area of the first phase of the complex is 22,500 sqm.
