Reconstruction, in this particular case, means a complete demolition and re-building of the dilapidated house from 1910., as well as its transformation into a hotel for hunters.
The concept is based on two contrasting elements of which the complex is composed.
These are:
-accommodation facility, which includes the restored existing building and
-another part of the yard, with the utility rooms in it.
The complex includes hotel capacities, catering and ancillary spaces. There are 13 rooms and one suite, with other facilities which include hall, lounge and restaurant. Extra spaces in the accommodation facility includes a kitchen with a pantry and wardrobe staff, reception, office, desk storey storage, security, and appropriate areas for circulation.
Additional facilities tract, at the other end of the courtyard, contains the boiler room, workshop, summer kitchen with a porch, armory and a sauna.
Different materializing, and interpretation of local tradition of these two elements, contributes to the necessary degree of unexpectedness in the perception of the complex space, thus marking his physiognomy.
The total built area is 750 m2.
